There was an attempt. Just kidding. I did very much get out of bed. And do day job work! And ate bread pudding. I had an MRI which took twice as long as expected, with an hour drive on either end, so I came home, took a Percocet, played Animal Crossing, and read. But we did fix up the flavor of a failed soup from the day before, and I did some day job work before I left for the MRI even though I apparently had the ability to call it a holiday for Good Friday. (Surprised me; it does not feel like holidays still exist in the WFH world...)
